The bearer of this certificate is entitled to the sum of $250, to be awarded in the form of a Worden Martin company check, if Worden Martin cannot match a bona fide vehicle sales proposal offered to the bearer from a competing new vehicle dealer.
To be eligible for the award, the bearer must present to Worden Martin a bona fide offer from a competing dealer, on that dealer’s worksheet or letterhead, signed by it’s sales manager, for a new vehicle of the brands represented by Worden Martin. If Worden Martin cannot meet or beat the competitive dealer’s proposal on an equivalent vehicle, Worden Martin will present the award to the bearer. The competitive dealer’s proposal must be dated within three days of the issuance of the check to the bearer. Worden Martin reserves the right to keep a copy of the competing dealer’s signedproposal for it’s records.
